It comes with a TON of features like unlimited incoming 800# Conference Call Service Providers, virtual fax free skype facility alert 2012 service providers, voicemail, call forwarding, ad tracker, email/text/SMS notifications, phone to web reviews in India Canada Malaysia audio and more. Their service starts at $34.95/month. Not bad for all that you get... if you put it to good use. They also have a pretty cool referral program. If you refer 5 customers, you can get your basic service for free facebook... for as long as you have 5 active customers that you referred. Simple Voice Box and Audio Acrobat are going to work very well for me right now. I'm already using Audio Acrobat and am quite impressed with their service and training. In fact just a few minutes ago their trainer called me because I had submitted a support ticket that I couldn't get something to work. Of course as he walked me through it on the phone it worked just fine! Gotta love technology!!
